Don't worry, we've got your neck! Our slightly weighted heat pad offers relief when heated in the microwave or chilled in the freezer. The unique rice-filled square pockets allow the temperature to be evenly distributed and retain heat well. The unique pockets keep the rice from falling to the ends when wrapped around your neck allowing the back of the neck to get the attention it needs!
Use our covers to add style and protect from stains, perfumes and other accidents.
Heat for 1 minute in the microwave and add more time in 30 second increments if it needs to be warmer. *See our care & heating guide for more detailed instructions.

We love our Soul Pak, it is so nice to have when I feel a head ache coming on, I can pop it out of the freezer and wrap it around the base of my head and start to feel the head ache ease! I also love when I am tense, I can pop it in the microwave and have a warm pack for my neck! We love it and are so glad we bought it! <3
