Shipping policy

At SoulPak, we currently ship only in the US. Typically, we process and hand over orders to shipping between 1-3 days, except during major sales events, where we may require up to 1 week due to the high volume of orders. To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your address, as any inaccuracies can lead to significant delays in receiving your order.

Please note that SoulPak is not liable for address changes or for packages that are lost or delayed within the postal system. We will do our best to help you figure it out.
